How long does it take to ship my order?

Each item in the store is made to order. Meaning once your order is placed I will then begin making them for you. Processing time varies depending on the complexity of your order. It can take up to 3 working weeks (holidays and weekends are excluded) to complete. 

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once a package’s status has been updated to “delivered”, please understand as a small business I cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen packages. Please ship your order to a reliable location and make sure that your shipping address is accurate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! You can choose between USPS international or UPS as your preferred shipping carrier during checkout. Customers are responsible for customs upon arrival in your destination country. I recommend choosing UPS for international deliveries because you will be able to track and pay incurred custom fees if necessary right on UPS’s tracking page. 

Something I’d like to order is sold out, would you make more? 

Likely, but it’s not guaranteed. Most items in the shop are made to order and I can only take on a certain amount of orders at once. Certain designs will be released more during shop updates. The best way to stay connected is to join the waiting list by signing up my newsletter. I will send out reminders when a highly requested item is back in stock. Follow me on IG @warmclayco where I would set reminders for new drops and updates. 

What’s your return policy?

I put a lot of care and love into making each item so I cannot accept a return. In the case that your item arrives damaged however, I’d be happy to make it right and exchange an equal value item for your purchase. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

How durable are clay pieces?

The charms are so durable that if you accidentally drop it on the floor, it won’t shatter. Proper care will keep it in good condition for a long time to come. Keep them away from moisture and take them off before going to bed. Like any handmade items they are not meant for prolonged wear.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email me by replying to your order confirmation email with a photo of your damaged package within 3 days of arrival and I’ll do my best to exchange or fix it for you.
